I hope you are all doing well! Thanks so much to everyone that has been submitting your forms! I've been starting to go through them and I realize how much work you've been doing! I'm so inspired to see how enthusiastic you are with this project. :)
I have THREE announcements:
I have recently added a new form for everyone to fill out. This form is called "NSP Subquestionnaire". It is a short multiple choice form that helps us narrow down issues brought out in the NSP Assessment Form. I believe this form will really yield us some great insights on imbalances in the body.
Helpful info for those of you that have not submitted your forms yet:
When you get a "Thanks!" screen like this, this means that your form has been received. If you do not see a page like this after you hit the "Send Form" button, chances are you missed a "required" question and your answers will not be recorded.
I know these forms are long and I don't want you to lose all the time and energy you put into filling them out.
As I've been reading through some forms, I notice a few of you are concerned with your Iron intake. Here is a neat infographic depicting some great plant-based sources of Iron. Pay close attention to the "Iron Inhibitors". These are substances that actually block your body from getting the Iron in the foods you eat. The "Iron Enhancers" will help your body absorb the Iron and it will become more available for your body to absorb.

apricots and dried fruits are also great sources of Iron!
